Forever Fit
Forever Fit is a supervised group fitness class running every Tuesday from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM at the Maximum Results Gym.
Catering to all levels of fitness, each client will have an individualised program to follow.
Perfectly suited to those wanting a weekly session for that little bit of extra exercise.
Clients under the Group Diabetes Care Plan or ManPlan can complete their sessions at the Forever Fit classes.

Prices:
Group Diabetes: Bulk Billed under Medicare
Private Clients: $15 per session
An Initial Consultation must be made at Maximum Results prior to commencing Forever Fit classes.
